Baja Express Salsa Baja?Today we visted Baja Express, and I think I am in LOVE! Does anyone have a copycat recipe for Salsa Baja? It is a thin brown salsa (not at all hot) that has fresh tomato, onion, and cilantro. It almost tastes like it has coffee in it, but the waitress said it is just roasted tomatoes.
