Beer and Cheese Potato ChowderIn a 3 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine potatoes, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, and pepper; stir gently to mix. Pour broth and beer over vegetables. Cover; cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Easy Ham ChowderCombine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Stir in 1 1/2 cup water or milk. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
Seafood ChowderCombine all ingredients in 2 qt. saucepan. Heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Cheeseburger ChowderIn a large saucepan, cook ground beef until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 t. salt.
Super Bowl Bread Bowls and Vegetable ChowderThis makes a great presentation for a party. In bread machine pan, place the first seven ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting. When the cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into six portions; shape into balls.
Cheese ChowderSo rich and delicious! Cook onion in butter until tender.Blend in flour. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Corn ChowderIn large pan, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towels and pour off most of bacon grease leaving about 3 Tbsp. in pan. Saute onion rings until lightly browned
Chicken Corn ChowderIn a saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
Clam and Cauliflower ChowderDrain juice from clams and pour over frozen cauliflower and carrots in small pan. Add enough water to cover and cook until tender. Save liquid. Melt butter, add flour and salt, add milk; cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Speedy Corn Chowder (Microwave)Place bacon and onion in 2 qt. casserole. Heat, covered, 4 minutes, stirring and turning after 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Corn Chowder with Sun-Dried TomatoesQuick, easy and tasty! Heat the soup, half and half, corn and tomatoes in a medium saucepan over medium heat to a boil.
Famous Fish ChowderPlace in soup kettle and simmer 1 hour until thickened. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and a very thin lemon slice.
Easy Crab ChowderTastes great, easy to make and gets lots of compliments. Mash boiled potatoes then add other ingredients to the pot.
Pacific Salmon ChowderThis soup is a favourite of mine because it is tomato based rather than cream based. It is fresh tasting and fairly easy to make.
Slow Cooker Clam ChowderPut all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serves 4. I double for 5-6 people.
Haddock ChowderIn a large saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels; drain, reserving 1 tbsp. drippings. In the drippings, saute onion and carrots until tender.
Broccoli Ham ChowderTrim the leaves and coarse stems from the broccoli, and cut the stems and florets into bite-size pieces. Meanwhile, bring the chicken broth to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan. Add the broccoli and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is crisp tender.
Hearty Tuna Cheese ChowderSaute celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour and heat until bubbly. Stir in 3 cups milk and heat on medium heat until thickens. Lower the heat and add the other 3 cups milk and heat thoroughly.
Oyster Corn ChowderIn a large skillet, combine together all the ingredients. Cook uncovered on medium heat until heated through (do not boil) stirring occasionally.
Vegetable Cheese ChowderIn a soup kettle, combine the reserved liquid from the green beans and carrots plus the water mixture. Add the ham, cabbage, onion, au gratin potato mix and milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
New England Vegetable Chowder SoupMix all of the ingredients together and cook until veggies are done. Serve hot with cheese sprinkled on top.
Potato Bacon ChowderFry bacon until crisp in a 3 qt. sauce pan. Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Pour off fat and add potatoes and water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Cheesy ChowderCook vegetables in butter in Dutch oven until tender but not brown. Add broth and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Blend milk and flour in bowl until smooth.

Tuna Cheddar ChowderSaute onions and carrots in butter. Mix in flour. Add milk and broth. Heat and stir till thick and bubbly. Add tuna, celery seed, WS and salt. Heat through. Add the cheese and stir until it melts. Mmmmm YUM! It's our kiddies favorite!
Lord Charleys Corn ChowderI once had corn chowder in a restaurant called Lord Charleys that was absolutely delicious. After many attempts to duplicate the recipe, I've come as close as possible without knowing the exact ingredients used and find it delicious. I hope you too will enjoy it.
Vegetable-Clam ChowderCombine carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, and liquid from clams in 2 qt. microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid. Microwave on high 10-12 minutes or until veggies are tender, stirring once or twice.
Boston Clam ChowderSaute' onion, celery and pepper. Put in a large soup pot. Add milk, clams and juice, soup, potatoes and seasonings. Simmer until potatoes are soft. Just before serving add crumbled bacon, if desired.
Crockpot Corn ChowderCombine all ingredients except milk in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Add milk and cook covered for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
Creamy Clam ChowderIn a large saucepan, saute the onion, carrots and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the potato soup and two cans of undrained clams. Drain and discard juice from remaining can of clams; add clams to soup.
Salmon ChowderIn a Dutch oven or soup kettle, combine the potatoes, vegetables, onion, celery seed and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Cheesy Chicken ChowderIn pan, bring broth to a boil Reduce heat and add potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Simmer 15 minutes or until veggies are tender. Meanwhile, melt margarine in medium pan; add flour and mix well.
Chicken Chowder SoupRecipe for Chicken Chowder Soup. Cook first 7 ingredients together until tender. Slowly add flour mixed with milk and bring to a boil. Add cheese. I use less veggies or more broth as I please.
Turkey Chowder SoupRecipe forTurkey Chowder Soup. Boil broth, potatoes, celery and carrots together until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Then add butter. In a blender combine milk and flour. Stir into soup mixture to thicken. It will become like a thin gravy.
Chunky Veggie ChowderIn a large saucepan or soup kettle, saute' onions and garlic in butter until tender. Add carrots, celery, potatoes, zucchini, broth, parsley and thyme. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Tuna ChowderHeat just to boiling and add pepper to taste. Makes 6-8 generous servings.
