Applesauce Cake?I'm trying to find a recipe for applesauce cake that I remember from childhood. It was always baked for Christmas (not a fruit cake). It was extremely moist with raisins, walnuts, and maraschino cherries. The cake was really dark and was baked in a tube pan.
