Putting Away ClutterAt our house, it only takes a few days for things to get out of place. I have figured out an easy and quick way to get things back in order.

Use Vinegar for Rust and Wood TreatmentVinegar is really great stuff with many cool uses. Here are the the 2 best ones I know of. Remove rust from metal. Just let the metal soak overnight in the vinegar.

Square Pencil Erasers for Picking Up Pet FurI was going through my daughter's room and under her bed, when I picked up an eraser to kind of sweep a few bits of debris off the floor. It picked up fur like a dream! I used it on her carpet, as I was sitting on the floor going under her bed and sorting clothes, etc.

Rubber Gloves To Remove Pet Hair from...Put on a pair of latex gloves. Then "pet" your furniture. You will notice the pet hair rolling up under the gloves, almost into a rope. Really embedded pet hair will loosen, but it will take a little elbow grease!

Use Vinegar for CleaningVinegar is a cheap and easy cleaning solution. Vinegar is naturally antibacterial. In my kitchen, I use one part vinegar to one part water to clean the counters and sink, and to disinfect.

 

Cheap White Washcloths for EverydayIf you have young children or teenagers who wear make-up, purchasing a bulk package of plain white washcloths can be very economical! I used to have nice, thick washcloths with pretty designs until I began to have kids.

Recycle Bleach Water 5 TimesTake the clothes from your soaking pail (or other) and wring them out and toss in the washer. Grab your sponge or cloth and saturate it in the laundry soak water and wipe down any number of bleach safe places or items

Linoleum Instead Of Shelf PaperUse linoleum leftovers to line your sink base cabinet and oven drawer for easier cleanup. You can even use linoleum pieces in cabinets instead of shelf paper so spills can be cleaned up easily.
