Yellow Orange RoseWe had just gotten a bouquet of flowers, and decided to take a photo of them. My dad had gotten them for my mom, as a present. :) I really liked the color of this one, so I chose to take a photo of it.

Pinata Rose ClusterSome time back, I posted a picture of Piñata roses. They were lying on a straw hat. It was a nice picture, well liked by members. It did nothing though, to show all the brilliant colors this plant can produce.

Garden: 59th Anniversary Tree RoseDaughter gave us this Yellow Rose Tree for out 59th last Aug. It seems to like it's spot in the front yard. It has had several roses already and now it has gotten up under the roof line of the house.
October RosebudMy knockout roses did not bloom well this summer due to the extreme heat. At the end of September, early October, the rosebuds were full of coloration and the buds were formed perfectly and opened into a stunning rose blossom.
Yellow Rose In FallThe rose just came through a good rainstorm, and its sun colors contrasted very well against the sky. I had been watching this rose for several days thinking it would make a fine photograph, and I believe it has.
Garden: Bumblebee and the RosesMy climbing wild roses made it all the way past the top of the deck rail last year, and this year they're up to the eaves! A little bumblebee (on upper left blossoms) flying around the deck plants took advantage of them, as they began to 'peek' though the rails.
Garden: Unknown RoseThis is the only rose on this bush right now. It is always fun to find a bargain at the $.99 store, even if they have taken the name tags off. This is not a miniature rose bush, but it is smaller than most.
Candy Striped Rose BudIn this first picture the rose bud caught my eye as I was heading out to the side garden. After I downloaded it, I went to re-size the picture, and to my surprise saw these two aphids, single file, heading down the red strip like it was a road.
Scenery: Roses Starting to BloomIt's so pretty when the roses start to bloom. We planted this rose bush last year, and it's blooming wonderfully. Lots of buds on it yet. I love all the flowers blooming now.

Yellow Rose in the SpringHopefully this means spring is finally here. My roses are blooming and they're beautiful. I don't know what kind of rose this is, but I love it. The yellow color is always intense and they're fragrant. I love them.
Graham Thomas RoseGraham Thomas rose, spring 2005, This beautiful Old English yellow rose blooms wonderfully every spring in the "wild strawberry" area of my garden. It has a delicious perfume inviting you to sink your nose into its petals.
