Recipe for Clabbered Cream Coffee Cake?When I was a girl, I am almost 80 now, my mother used to make a coffee cake when she baked bread. She would take some of the yeast bread dough and put it into a round cake pan to rise. Then poke holes in the top and fill the holes with sweetened sour cream. It was called clabbered cream back then.
