Stromboli SandwichesThese are great, filling sandwiches! In the summer, I find that we eat a lot more sandwiches, both hot and cold.
Stromboli SandwichBrown meat. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook five minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and rosemary.
Hot Italian Ham SubsIn a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the first seven ingredients; shake well. Generously drizzle dressing over cut sides of buns. On bun bottoms, layer the ham, tomato and mozzarella cheese.
Sub SandwichesWith a sharp knife, loaf in half lengthwise. On the bottom half, layer the ham, bologna, salami, romaine, cheese and tomato slices.
