Freeze Leftover Tomato Sauce in Ice CubesSometimes when you have to use a small can of tomato sauce, you may not need more than 3-4 tablespoons. Instead of keeping it the fridge, "just in case I need it" and then finding it after a month moldy, I pour the remaining sauce into ice cube trays and freeze them.
