Healthy Chocolate ShakeJust add all 5 simple ingredients to a blender and it's done! Great healthy treat and also makes a healthy and fast breakfast on the run!
Java Chip Protein ShakeI exercise quite a bit and keep track of my macronutrient intake. Aside from that, after a hefty workout, I just want to fall asleep! This shake is easy to make, is well-balanced, tastes fantastic, and gives me the boost I need to make it through the day. I actually like to use my leftover cooled-down coffee for this. The way I make it, it comes out to 240 calories, 24.5 grams protein, 24 grams carbs and 6 grams fat (I used Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder). You can use any protein powder and any type of milk.
Pudding ShakeI just came up with this. Super easy!
Thick Cherry ShakeCombine all ingredients except last in blender and blend until mixed or put in bowl and mix well. Serve from pitcher into short glasses. Or serve in tall glasses with a scoop of ice cream, a soda spoon, and a straw. Makes about 1 1/4 quarts.
Vietnamese Avocado ShakeI had never eaten avocado sweet before I went to Viet Nam. I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I fell in love with this sweet creamy dessert.
Chocolate Banana MilkshakeDo you love milkshakes? I do, so here is a good recipe. I call it Chocolate Banana Milkshake.
Mandarin Orange ShakeThis is my fav shake! It's made out of seedless mandarins and vanilla ice cream. All you do is scoop out as much ice cream as you want and then put in a can of mandarins!
Malt and Shake RecipesDoes anyone have a secret recipe for a delicious Malt or Shake. I have tried different ways to make them but just don't taste the same as Ice Cream Shops.
Yogurt ShakePlace milk, yogurt and rum extract in blender container; blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, stir.
