Crispy Chicken in Salted EggChicken in salted egg isn't a new recipe. But in our family, no one has ever tried to prepare this dish in one of our meals. So I decided to try and see if majority of the household would like it.

It' is hard to keep most sweet foods in the house because I' will binge on them. I found this pancake muffin recipe on Pinterest and it is the perfect sweet treat when I' am having cravings. I store the muffins in meal prep containers and freeze. When I want 1-2, I defrost & reheat in the microwave. Chocolate chip & blueberry are delicious. Bulgarian MesenitzaI have a friend who taught me how to cook the very popular Bulgarian national dish Mesenitza, it's also called Tutmanik. It is bread stuffed with cheese. This is a very tasty and cheap meal. The recipe varies, but the basic ingredients are flour, yeast, oil, milk, butter, eggs, yogurt and cheese. Bulgarian cheese is called sirenje or sirene, it can be replaced with Greek feta.
