The baked meatloaf in the loaf pan.

Bacon Topped MeatloafI learned this basic meatloaf recipe from my Mama. It's easy to add or substitute any ingredients you might have left over in your fridge and pantry. Here's a version I made recently that was very well received.

Air Fryer Glazed Meat Loaf on plate

Air Fryer Glazed Meat LoafI love making meat loaf in my air fryer. It comes out super moist, yet incredibly lean, with all the fat drippings going to the drip tray. It also cooks very quickly, so it makes for an awesome last minute meal. You don't need to put this inside a pan before putting in the air fryer, just mold it into the basket. It will shrink as it cooks, so getting it out is a breeze.

Meatloaf on plate

Instant Pot MeatloafThis is by far the juiciest loaf I ever made. You can use other ground meats besides ground turkey, and vary the seasonings and liquid. It is great in the summer because it won't heat up the kitchen. Leftovers taste great cold.
