Freezer-to-Oven Roast BeefRemove frozen meat from freezer and wrap loosely in foil. Turn oven to 400 degrees F. Make sure foil is wrapped, but loose across the top and at the ends of meat to allow heat to circulate. Place meat in oven.

Chuck RoastBrown roast in pan on both sides, until brown. While it's browning, boil 1 coffee pot full of water (in coffee pot). When roast is brown, leave in same pan you browned it in, pour hot water over it. Add 2 packs of Lipton Onion soup mix, add 1 onion chopped, salt and pepper, garlic, seasoned salt.

Soy Sauce SteakI buy a pack of thin cut steaks at the grocery store and cut them up into strips to make soy steak. In a frying pan over high heat, put in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. In a mixing bowl add your strips of steak with some garlic salt, pepper, and about 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cooking Corned Beef in the OvenInstead of cooking it to death on the stove, cover with water, add regular spices. Bring briefly to boil on stove, then cover and bake in 300 degrees F oven for approximately 3 1/2 hrs. It will be tender, won't shrink as much, and the kitchen will smell heavenly!
