Zucchini-Pineapple BreadMix all ingredients together. Grease and flour bread pan lightly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until done.
Chocolate Cinnamon BreadPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of two 8x4x2-inch or 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Line bottoms of pans with waxed paper or parchment paper and set aside.
Poppy Seed BreadCombine first 5 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Add next 4 ingredients with 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1 1/2 cups milk, beating well.
Sweet Grape Nuts BreadCombine all ingredients in bow; mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bread tests done.

Pecan Bread
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
Maple Nut BreadHeat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan, 9x5 inches. Measure flour by dip-level-pour method or by sifting. Blend dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk, egg and flavoring. Mix until the dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour.
Almond Cranberry LoafIn a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Sprinkle with cranberries and almonds, and stir just until combined.
Cranberry Bread with Orange and OatsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Combine eggs and brown sugar in food processor and process until smooth. Add oil and diced orange and process until orange is minced. Gradually add orange juice.
One-Pan Banana BreadIn one bowl or in your baking pan. Mix in order until moistened, then beat vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into loaf pan (9x5x3 inches) that has been greased generously on bottom and sides.
Orange-Blueberry BreadGrease bottom only of loaf pan (9x5x3) with cooking spray, or line bottom with waxed paper. Stir all ingredients except blueberries and Glaze in a large bowl until blended. Lumps are OK. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Soft GingerbreadBeat egg yolks and lard. Dissolve soda in milk. Add to yolks and lard. Sift flour and ginger, then add. Add molasses. Beat egg whites until stiff and add last.
Lemon Poppyseed BreadBeat eggs slightly; add other ingredients and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Grease and flour two 5x9 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. When cold, wrap in foil and store in refrigerator or freeze.
Jess' Zucchini BreadPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Generously grease bottom and sides of 2 large loaf pans or 3 medium sized loaf pans. Beat eggs in a very large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients without mixing between additions.
