My husband I are retired & live in the country. We love WV. I never get tired of the beauty of the mountains or creek in our back & the animals here. Its hard to keep a garden of flowers or veggies, the deer & bunnies won't leave them alone. I love my family, I have 4 grown children,& 5 grandchildren & 2 greatgrandsons.I like to see them as often as we can & we always get together for Birthdays & Holidays. I keep busy with crafts, reading & the internet. I am also a member of the Red Hats, i enjoy meeting with ladies my age. We usually get together once a month. I really enjoy reading all the tips & recipes from Thrifty Fun & i keep busy sending in tips & recipes. I get my extras from the money i have won on Thrifty Fun.

Wearing Cheap EarringsI used to have to wear only gold or silver earrings. I have some costume earrings that are very pretty. When I try and wear them, my ear lobes end up getting red and sore. I have to treat them by rubbing them with antibiotic cream.

Memory Tricks For SpellingI always had trouble with these words; super and supper, diner and dinner, desert and dessert. I couldn't remember which words had the double letters in them. My daughter, a 5th grade teacher, told me of a easy way to get the spelling correct.
