Freezing Hummus and Blue Cheese Dip?With the holidays coming up, I'd like to know if its possible to freeze homemade hummus and blue cheese dips. They are so convenient if guests drop by and it would be a life saver if I have containers ready to just whip out of the freezer! Freezing Homemade Foods for Wedding?Can I freeze homemade coconut macaroons and homemade fudge? My daughter is getting married in February and I'm doing the catering for 150 people. Things like chicken turnovers, rice balls, dips and sweet stuff. Most of the savories can be frozen but I don't know if I can freeze little cakes and other sweet things. Please help. Uses for Outdated Beer?I hope someone can give me some suggestions. I found a crate of lager beer that is out-dated by 3months, probably left over from a party. I don't know if I can make use of them. I'm not a beer drinker, so there's no point in tasting them since I would have no idea if they are good or bad. All beer tastes awful to me. Can I use it to make beer bread or to cook with, or can the beer be used for other things? Since I don't know if it's bad or not, would it be better, and safer, to just toss it out?Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Turning Bergamot Oil Hairdress Into a Hand Cream?I bought a pot of Jurgen's Bergamot Oil Hairdress, and all though my hair is very dry, I found it way too greasy to use. Since it comes all the way from the U.S. its not cheap here in Malta. I was wondering if I could add something to it so I could turn it into a hand cream. The main ingredients are bergamot oil, other oils and petroleum gel and it also contains paraffin oil. Any suggestions please, or should I just toss it, which would be a shame!

Ice Forming in Back of Refrigerator?I have a 2 door fridge/freezer, not the side by side ones, the half and half type. The freezer works perfectly but I have a problem with the refrigerator section. I defrost and clean it regularly but a week or so after defrosting, a very thick layer of ice forms at the back of the fridge.

Using Fabric Softener With Vinegar?I use vinegar in my final rinse when I do my laundry because I've found that my towels don't have so much lint, but I love the smell and softness of fabric conditioner. I was wondering if I could mix the vinegar with the fabric conditioner to get the best of both worlds, so to speak. Vinegar is great to prevent lint, but my laundry is much softer and smells much better with fabric conditioner. I don't want to use essential oils. They are very expensive here in Malta which makes them very uneconomical. Any suggestions or ideas please?
