I was having the same dimela. I am turning 13 in April. For you I would have a house party, if your parents let you. Have music playing, food and drinks out, and everyone could just dance or hang out and talk.
15th Birthday Party Ideas?
Well if you want to have it glow in the dark, then you can do a scavenger hunt, with all of the lights off, watch a late night movie, or do anything you plan to do, in the complete dark, other than using glow sticks.
