Mix together all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in baking dish. Microwave on high 12-14 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning dish after 6 minutes.

My hubby loves meatloaf (one of his favorites)! This is a delicious recipe and makes a lot. It also makes wonderful cold sandwiches the next day! In a heavy-duty, plastic food storage bag, place the crackers, seal and roll over with a rolling pin until crushed but not powdery.

Nice twist on meatloaf. Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add enough spaghetti sauce to make of desired consistency. Pat 1/4 inch thick on waxed paper. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and cheese.
