My family uses coupons a lot and we get them from the Sunday paper and the internet. Mostly the Sunday paper. My father subscribed a couple years ago to Sunday only. He did ask them first if their paper had coupons on Sunday and they said yes. We have also picked up coupons at the local McDonalds on Sunday. McDonalds puts out a Sunday paper for customers. You have to get there before someone else takes the coupons. I have also seen coupons on counters and in the trash at the local post office on Monday. People check their post office box on Monday and have the coupons stuffed in their box.
Other than the Sunday paper in our mailbox I know of no way to get coupons through the mail without going to individual websites and requesting coupons be sent. But that is a one time deal. Easier to find coupons on coupon sites and print them yourself. That is both good and bad. The good is you get coupons you know you will use. The bad is it could cost you more to print the coupons than they are worth. Printer ink can be expensive.
There are websites that sell coupons for a small fee (maybe 3 cents or a nickel) They list the coupons and how many they have on hand. Do a search for coupons to order. My daughter uses them and says she really saves a lot.
