Pita PizzaYummy for lunch, dinner or a snack ;-)

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle half of the Asiago cheese on the pitas, layer with tomatoes and basil, top with remaining cheese, and drizzle with oil.

Bake pita pizzas for about 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Split each bread into halves around edge with knife to make 4 rounds. Place rounds, cut sides up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange mushrooms on bread rounds.
