Put Brie cheese spread into small bowl. Add bacon, bread crumbs and parsley and mix. Remove stems from mushrooms and wipe caps. Spoon cheese mixture into caps.
Combine cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Spoon in to mushroom caps. Place mushrooms on baking sheet and broil until filling is lightly brown.

Brown sausage and drain. Add onion and green pepper and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Wash mushrooms and take out stems. Stuff with meat mixture. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.

To make stuffed mushrooms slice off the stem of a whole, clean, mushroom. With a small teaspoon (1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon), or small melon baller, scoop out the inside of the mushroom.
