It's easy to make and a lot cheaper than store-bought. I love this stuff. To me it is not a cold weather drink only, I love to wind down at the end of the day with a cup and either a good movie or book.
Mix well and store in air-tight container.

This is an alternative to the small "cans" of mocha cappuccino! Except for the instant coffee, I keep everything used in my cabinets all the time anyway. My hubby enjoys having a cup of cappuccino and reading in the evening before bed.
Have ready 2 (12 ounce) canning jars. Put the instant coffee into a food processor, and process to a fine powder. If you don't have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. To serve: Place 1 heaping Tbsp. mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir.
If you like your mix with a stronger coffee flavor you can increase your amount of instant coffee granules up to 2 cups...
