Mash bananas, leaving some chunks. Add dates and nuts; beat well. Add salt, vanilla and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees F. Remove from sheet immediately and cool. Makes 12.
