I saw the rolls of mesh at the craft store and wanted to try making a wreath for the 4th of July. I love how it turned out!

Supplies:
red mesh
blue mesh
white mesh
18" wire wreath form
floral wire
wire cutters
scissors
wooden stars
white paint
paint brush
white felt
hot glue gun
Steps:
Wrap a piece of wire around the end of the blue mesh. Attach to inner ring of the wreath form.
Measure 10 inches of mesh, then pinch together in the middle. Wrap a piece of wire around the pinched section and attach to the frame, about 2 inches over from the previous spot.
Continue to attach the blue mesh along the inner ring (every 2 inches) until you are about 1/3 of the way around, then move to the ring above it. Repeat until you have attached mesh to all of the rings.

Now attach the red mesh to the outer ring and the 3rd ring. Attach white mesh to the 2nd and 4th rings.
Cut small pieces of felt, trim them so they won't show past the edges of the stars. Also cut pieces of wire, about 4 inches long.
Put glue on the back of the stars, press the center of a piece of wire into the glue, then press the piece of felt onto the glue. Allow glue to dry.

Paint the stars white and allow to dry.
Use the wires to attach the stars to the blue area of the wreath.
