What can I say? Three wonderfully refreshing flavors combined in one dish.
Edamame is a delicious young soybean, often eaten straight out of the pods. You can find them in the frozen section of any grocery store, in the pod or shelled. I prefer to eat them from the pod; I find it more fun and much more tasty.
