Be honest, how many of us have eaten leftover pizza for breakfast? I know I have! Well, here's an easy pizza that's topped with breakfast ingredients. If you're a cheese lover like me then feel free to 'double cheese'.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Evenly press crescent dough in to a 12 or 14 inch round pizza baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese, the green peppers and the tomato halves onto the dough, leaving a slight border around edge. Gently press these ingredients in to the dough.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. While the crust is baking, cook the scrambled eggs and cook and slice the sausage or bacon. Remove baking sheet from oven.
Spread eggs, sausage or bacon and remaining 1/2 cup cheese evenly across pizza. Return to oven and bake for another 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven. Let rest 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

This is great for breakfast, but we like it at other meal times, too.
Mix pizza crust mix according to directions on package. Spread on 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 3 minutes.
Brown ground pork until no longer pink; drain. Cook bacon; crumble. Place crescent rolls in 14 inch pizza pan or 9 inch pie plate, pressing over bottom and up sides to form a crust, sealing perforations.
Grease 9x13 inch pan. Unroll crescent rolls and pat in pan; seal holes. Beat eggs and milk.
