Last year, they had eggnog coffee at Starbucks, and we liked it so much we tried it at home! Just add store-bought eggnog to your own coffee.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Beat eggs; add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum, and vanilla. Blend well. Add flour, baking powder, and nutmeg.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. combine rice and eggnog in 2-quart baking dish; mix well. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until bubbly. Serve warm or chill until serving time.
