Lay pork steaks on cookie sheets, the amount you need for your family. Sprinkle soy sauce on top. Then sprinkle garlic salt on top. Let marinate for 30-45 minutes. Put on hot grill, side down with soy sauce. Spread other side evenly with 1 tsp. or more of olive oil. Grill both sides until done, but not too well done. In winter, I use oven broiler to grill the steaks which is also delicious.
