A baked potato with a lot of toppings.For Garlic and Parmesan lovers everywhere ;-)

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil; add the garlic, seasoning salt, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan and toss until evenly coated. Remove the potato strips from the bowl and spread onto a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer. Set the olive oil mixture aside.

Bake 30 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle the potatoes with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and slightly drizzle with a bit more of the remaining stirred olive oil mixture. Return to the oven and bake until the sprinkled Parmesan cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

Easy and delicious. Drain shrimp. Bake potatoes in a hot oven, 425 degrees F, for 45 to 60 minutes or until soft. Cut a slice off top of each potato; scoop out insides.

For a different baked potato, slice into potato and insert a half slice of onion. Wrap a slice of bacon around the potato.

Wrap the potato in foil. Lay potato on a baking sheet, as some of the bacon juice may drip out. Bake as usual.

I love how the potatoes absorb the flavor of the onions in this recipe. Cut 4 squares of foil and place on baking sheet. Peel potatoes and cut into 4 crosswise slices. Spread each with butter.
