Try oven cleaner, it will get nearly everything out of anything. I've used it on my kids uniforms for a variety of stains and it works well. Just don't spray a whole lot of it.

I'd use hairspray. Spray it, rinse it with cold water, continue until it all comes out. I've had tremendously good luck with this in the past!

I've even had it work on something that's been washed and dried.

thank you for being detailed. People just say use this and don't say what steps to take in doing it. Thank you very much!

Saved! A twice laundered dark tan uniform shirt with large blue pen ink stain. I tried oxyclean, WD-40, stain stick, dish soap, hair spray, nail polish remover, and Goo Gone. Nothing touched it. Shirt can't be used with stain, so last ditch effort I dipped a Q-tip in bleach and dabbed it on the stain.

In seconds, the stain faded to nothing! I quickly slathered it with soap and ran a ton of water over it to remove bleach. Shirt is good as new! I thought bleach would remove all color and leave a white spot but it didn't. Bleach wasn't as scary of an idea as I thought it would be!.

If you wash the clothing in COLD water, the bleach will only affect the stained parts. Might save you the next time, and thanks for the hint, as my husband left a pen in his shirt which went through the washer AND dryer in the pocket!

Yikes. I keep finding things that are affected. I will try bleach on a Q-tip on my favorite white jeans that got some tiny stains which are hardly noticeable!

for something that works and not so harsh on your clothes, try spraying Hydrogen Peroxide on the stain and a toothbrush if needed. Let the Hydrogen Peroxide sit for a few minutes.
Hydrogen Peroxide is a whitener for teeth after all, so it is strong enough to get stains out, but not so harsh. Good luck

So because I've used Clorox on colored clothing and put it on and wash it off it continues to bleach the clothing or and quickly leaves and orange mark Q-tip or not thanks
