Pork AdoboThis is tasty to use as a rub for meat, poultry, and fish and also to season soup or rice dishes. I always save all of my empty glass spice jars and the ingredient amounts here fit perfectly in one.

Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed glass jar.

In a bowl, mix garlic, salt and oregano. Carefully with a sharp knife, make deep cuts into the pork on meat side and stuff the garlic mixture into the slits. The more cuts, the better the flavor.
