Place any size beef roast in crock pot. Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast. Pour the water around the roast. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.

In a crockpot, put a roast and put 1 tsp. of diced garlic, then sprinkle one package of dry brown gravy mix over top of roast. Cook overnight on low. The next morning, add vegetables of your choice.
