Chili for a crowd!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups chopped onion
• 4 green peppers, chopped
• 4 lb. ground beef
• salt, to taste
• 10 cups canned tomatoes

• 8 cups canned kidney beans
• 4 tsp. chili powder
• garlic powder, opt.

Directions:

Brown ground beef in large kettle. Drain fat. Add other ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat about 2 hours. Serves 24-30
