From your description, it appears that no one from here can help. Suggest you refer to the product manual for the code description, contact the store or manufacturer for further help or contact a repair service.

Is there an error code on the display?

I am having the same problem. first check and see if all your drain lines are open even the one in the wall (just take a pitcher of water and pour) make sure the drain line is not clogged. if this does not fix your problem then take off the front and disconnect your water pump power connection. then use a multimeter to check for power You should read 110volts. WARNING. if your not comfortable with this then don't do it.

If the circuit checks out good then take out you water pump and remove pump from pump housing. check to make sure there is nothing twisted up in the impeller. Spin the impeller and see if it turns some what easily. If you have a multimeter, check for continuity by placing the two leads from meter on the two connection of the pump. it does not matter which one goes where, ether way will be fine. if you get the beep your good to go. after that, check and make sure the washing machine tub drain is not clogged (the big hose coming form tub to pump.)

If all this checks out good, well your in the same boat I'm in and now it is ether a switch board panel or the main board panel but if you got power to the pump when you checked it before you removed it, then I don't know what else it could be, unless the water pressure switch is the problem but the water pressure switch mainly keeps the tub form over filling, but hay, for 8 to 11 dollars why not go ahead and change it, they go out quite often.

Hope this helps.

Yeah, it is the code for OE.

I did refer to the code in product Manual. Did everything look at everything that has to do with slow water draining.

When I had this problem in a washer, I had a broken water pump. You probably need to call in a service man.

How old is it? If it's 10 or more years old, it might be dead. Otherwise look on web for an 800 number for Frigidaire and find their do it yourself repair number and talk to someone. I used to have a GE washer and dryer, and occasionally had to fix it and got help via their parts/repair people. However we used the sets

each and every day, about 2-3 times per day, and after 10 years the set was toast. Went through 2 sets that way, but happy with them.

I have an 11 year old GE washer that has stopped draining properly or spinning on the cycle I use the most. However, it still works on the quick wash cycle. Any ideas what might be wrong with it?

I have a basic Maytag washing machine and it started spinning out less and less water with more and more water being left in the bowl. I got my husband to pull the hose apart down the bottom and inside was a build up of fluff and grime, that would not let the water out, worked like a dream once it was removed.

Check your warranty it should still be under warranty.

My washer washes fine, but it won't drain the water out or spin on any cycle. The guy who owned it before me said it did that to him and it was a bushing under the tub and he put a used one on. Should I buy a new one and put it on?

That depends on alot of variables. The cost of a new washer, how handy you are, etc. My theory is it was already replaced once (how long ago?) and another replacement will last only that long.

Check out repairclinic.com for how-to's and cost of replacement parts to make your decision.

I have a Whirlpool washer. It agitates fine, but when it goes to the next cycle it won't drain or spin. I already replaced the drain pump and the agitator piece.

My Frigidaire Infinity front load washer sometimes stops in the middle of its cycle and just stays there or will run half way through a cycle and then restarts. It doesn't want to finish a cycle or spin out. I took it apart and cleaned the filter, but that didn't do anything. It's not sensing anything. After restarting 10 times it may run all the way though! Any suggestion?

We have a Kenmore front loading washer that won't go into the drain and spin cycle. When the washer is done we have to put the dial in drain and spin cycle. Then it works fine; it pumps out the water and then starts spinning. It just won't do it by itself in the run cycle. Can anyone help!

What do you think needs to be fixed if my washing machine won't drain the water after the soak cycle and when it gets to the spin cycle it just makes a sound?

Small door at base of machine front and push to open, then unscrew handle inside. It will come out and any item (sock) etc, will be inside and any excess clogging. Put a towel down first. If no door at front or side, you need an engineer.

Editor's Note: To be safe, unplug the machine first.

I don't think this is an easy fix for someone who doesn't have a clue (like me), but it is an easy fix for a good repairperson. Hopefully, you have someone who can come and fix it for you. I had the same problem (which is apparently very common), and the repairman in my town popped over, and had the replacement part installed in about 1/2 an hour. The bill was very reasonable. He did tell me that some people buy the replacement part themselves and find out how to do it on Youtube, but unless you have someone who is very handy, doesn't wreck stuff that they attempt to repair, and who has a couple of days to devote to this research and repair, I'd call a repairperson. There is no need to buy a whole new machine.
