I really enjoy recipes that start with a mix! Completely from scratch is great, but there isn't always time. By adding crushed Starlite mints and chocolate chips, you can turn a brownie mix into something just a bit more special. The mints give it a great taste and the chocolate chips make your brownies so fudgy. This is super quick, easy, and tasty. Enjoy! :)

Try this:
Follow the package recipe. When removed from oven, lay the flat thin re tangle mints over the top. (can't remember the name!) Let them melt a bit and spread.
I've made both of the above recipes with great results. Another thing I do is, make a regular brownie recipe and sprinkle mint chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking.
