Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend well. Add bread cubes and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Arrange pears over bread and sprinkle entire top with cinnamon. Mix topping ingredients of oatmeal, brown sugar, and melted butter together. Sprinkle over bread and pears. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.

I don't love stuffing as leftovers as much as I do when it's fresh. This breakfast casserole really brings it back to life. With a few mix-ins, eggs, and cheese, you'll be sure to love this treat.

Put 1/3 of bread, ham and cheese in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of flour and mustard which has been mixed together. Repeat 3 times.

Combine eggs and milk with whisk or electric mixer. Soft scramble them on top of stove in butter. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.

Choose one of the 3 meats. Brown meat and drain, if needed. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Lay buttered-side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
