Combine water and sugar, and heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes. Cool. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Freeze.

Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and juice from pineapple. Mix all ingredients together and add 1 cup bread crumbs. Place in baking dish and dot with butter.
