I have a similar mop and have found it very difficult to find a replacement part. Most "parts" sites are just selling pads and other accessories.
I have found a couple of sites that you may be able to ask where you can find this part you need.

Thane H2O X5 steam mop. The tubing inside the unit has split. I need to know the type and size of tubing to be able to replace it.
Thane just tells me I need to buy a replacement mop. Not an option.My H2O X5 mop is leaking from the small hole at the bottom of the base handle, not from the head. It was dropped accidentally and now leaks.
As you can see by the picture I put blue tack on it.
This has been cracked and now the plastic is not strong enough to hold the water in the tube and is now leaking. You can t try to get some really strong glue like epoxy and glue this area to see if you can stop it from leaking.
Pay a visit to your auto parts store as they have all kinds of stuff to stop the strongest leaks.
If not there, go to your nearest Ace or True Value Hardware store and ask them for help as they have all kinds of sealers for plumbing works. Other stores like Home Depot and Lowe's will also have this.
You can also try a plumbing store as this is what they deal with all the time.
My steamer is leaking water at the bottom of the main part, through a little hole in the plastic on the left of the picture, near the main nozzle. I've tried clearing the nozzle hole, but didn't make any difference. Any suggestions if it could be fixed or if it's had it?
The H20 Mop button no longer works. It will not turn off. What can I do to fix it or where can I send in for repairs?
It sounds like there is a connection problem with the switch and one of the cables has come loose. You should take the handle apart and check the wiring on the switch.
If it doesnt turn off one of the wires to the switch is loose or broken. Go to YouTube for videos on how to fix this.
Am I able to just purchase a lock plug for my H2O steam mop? Mine is missing.

You might have a mineral buildup. You can saw the compartment in half, clean it out and epoxy it back together again.
I live in the Hamilton area and have been looking for the Thane H2O Ultra Mop water filtre. Thane Canada says that they don't have this part.

Water is coming out of my H2O mop. It still works, but just soaks the carpet. It never did this before. Any solution?
Clean the system with vinegar to dissolve any buildup.
My H2O Mop Ultra, (red in colour) just stopped working today. There is no power going to the mop, the indicator lights are not coming on. Has anyone any ideas as to what I can do to repair my mop? I am based in the Republic of Ireland. The plug and fuse were checked

I would think that if the light doesn't come on you have a blown fuse.
There is a 1 year warranty , so if you still have warranty I'd call and ask.
