Since it is flu season, here is a recipe for Gatorade. Great to drink when you cannot keep anything else down.

Ingredients:

Combine all ingredients into a pitcher. It's ready to drink.

I am looking for a recipe for homemade Gatorade? Could I use unsweetened Kool Aid powder to provide a nice flavor?
