This is tasty served over almost any type of white fish, as a condiment for tacos, or just about anything your heart might desire.

I had never eaten avocado sweet before I went to Viet Nam. I have to admit I was a little skeptical, but I fell in love with this sweet creamy dessert.
Combine avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt. Blend with fork until smooth.
Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust salt to taste. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend.
Mix base with mixer and spread on plate or platter. Top base with veggies in order listed. Serve on tortilla chips.
Dredge the avocado slices in the breadcrumb mixture, then in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture again. Place them in the hot oil and fry them for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
