I save everything. Tiny pieces of scrapbooking papers, cut outs, and anything else I can get my hands on. I have found a great solution to keep tiny pieces of papers and stickers organized. I saved a lot of old advertisement CD covers (plastic boxes) from internet companies, etc. thinking one day I would find a use for them.
I remove the advertisements from inside. I then put scrapbooking letters, numbers, etc. in them. Then I use my DYMO labels to label what's inside. I put it on the edge of the box so I can identify what I need quickly.
The best part of this is, they stack up neatly and require very little space.
I have about 30 or 40 now and you wouldn't believe how little space is used!
You can also just purchase new ones from Wal-Mart or almost any store that sells music.
Needing more storage for scrapbooking paper and supplies? After drooling over the pretty scrapbooking rooms some people shared on the internet, I looked for a solution for housing all of my craft, scrapbooking and sewing supplies.
I believe in recycling everything, To organize all my flowers for my scrapbooking, I use my cat's Pounce cat treat bottles and put each color of flower in their own bottle. I have a nice shelf unit I got free from a neighbor that they fit in just right.
Small pizza boxes are a great way to store scrapbooking paper (clean ones can be purchased and sometimes you can get them for free by asking for a couple when you go in to pick up your pizza order!).
A couple of years ago, I came across an old dishwasher basket. Since then, I have probably added a half dozen to my scrapbook area for all types of supplies.
I know a lot of people who do scrapbooks. I love to make them, but have a limited budget, so I've come of with some ways to make my money go further. Instead of buying expensive sticker binders, I use the envelopes that come with my credit card offers.
