A daily mutlivitamin containing Biotin will help. Don't over-blowdry hair. Apply a daily UV protecting serum
A vinegar rinse will make it shine and feel silky, it does not smell of vinegar--equal parts water and vinegar. I also use a pea size of wash out conditioner AFTER my hair is rinsed, leave it on and dry; your hair will not be frizzy.
I put a small amount of conditioner on my hair and leave it. It reduces frizzing and makes it feel soft. ( I live in FL where the humidity is brutal on hair!)
My hair is frizzy/curly and coarse and very thick. I found that rubbing a small amount of coconut oil through my wet hair after my normal washing and conditioning works beautifully. Then I let it dry naturally.
Someone suggested vitamins. Your hair is a reflection of your diet sometimes. Eating well helps. However, using shampoos with mild detergent and a good conditioner once a week will help. If it is brittle, you need a protein treatment. Ask about the treatment at you hair salon or beauty supply store.

I would like to know if someone has a homemade recipe to make my hair healthy and grow fast. I would like to have long hair.
Amla and coconut oil applied to the scalp helps the hair to grow healthy and silky. You can get it from spice shops or any Indian store.
