This is a really old recipe, and I can remember the first time I heard the name of it. I didn't think I was going to like it at all, but I love it. Don't be fooled by the name. It's really delicious.

Cook Acini Di Pepe: Bring 6 cups water to a rapid boil in 3 quart saucepan. Add 2 teaspoons salt.
Combine sugar, flour and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt. Gradually stir in pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over moderate heat, stirring until thickened. Add lemon juice.
