Easy, moist, and great for company!

Place all the ingredients in crock pot and cook on low over night or start first thing in morning and cook on high for 4 hours then cook on low the remaining part of day. Great when you are having company, it cooks itself. No basting required, its super moist when done this way. When done, remove turkey , put juice that is in crock pot in sauce pan, bring to boil and then cook some egg noodles in broth that is left. So good. Enjoy!

Oh, if you are just cooking for two, think of all the meals you can make with the leftovers.

Wash and dry turkey breast. Rub olive oil on turkey breast, season with salt, freshly cracked pepper. Place in slow cooker, add 2 small cloves garlic, 1 small onion and 1 carrot chopped roughly, 1/2 tsp. Rubbed sage, place vegetables around turkey breast, add 3/4 cup water and 1 Earl Grey tea bag. Allow to cook until tender ,approximately 3 hours.

Remove turkey breast and vegetables. Make a gravy by adding 2 tablespoon butter in skillet, add 2-3 tbsp flour, whisk until smooth, add strained liquid from slow cooker, whisk until thick, test for seasoning and adjust if necessary. Pour into gravy boat and slice turkey breast and enjoy with gravy.

This is not a safe practice as the meat comes up to temperature too slowly to avoid bacterial growth. The turkey will be fully cooked but may make your family ill.
