Love the ham and egg combination in this recipe!
Mix bread cubes and smoked ham and put into 9x13 inch lightly greased pan. Mix next 5 ingredients well and pour over top of inch and ham. Cube 3 more slices of bread for top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

Fresh fruit, muffins, croissants, cinnamon rolls, quiche, casseroles, etc are standard for brunches. Sorry I don't have actual recipes for you (because I am not a huge breakfast person) but here is one fun idea:
Waffle Dunkers
Fun finger food for breakfast, brunch or a snack to dip in to any of your favorite syrups, jams or jelly's. And don't forget the powdered sugar ;-) 8 frozen waffles cut in to four strips.
The sausage and cheese combined with the egg make this casserole extremely good! I recommend using mild sausage.
I am planning to have a casual brunch to celebrate my husband's retirement next month. I would appreciate any suggestions or recipes that could be made ahead of time.
Recipe for Brunch Casserole. Line a greased (or sprayed) 9x13 inch dish with crescent rolls. Press edges together to seal. . .
My mom loved to make this kind of thing at Christmas time and have friends in to celebrate. Love the cheese sauce!
Line crescent roll dough in ungreased pie plate. Arrange bacon, tomato slices, and cheese on crust.
Line a quiche dish with 1 pie shell. Arrange 1/2 of bacon or ham in bottom of shell. Break 7 eggs into the dish. Pierce the egg yolks with a fork, but do not mix the egg yolks with the egg whites.
A great versatile breakfast/brunch dish. With a unique crust, meat, cheese, and veggies. I can serve this with toast and fruit for a complete meal.
