I tried to cut brownies before they had cooled, and ended up with a crumbled-up mess. Instead of throwing it away, I added a generous spoonful of crumbles to a bowl of vanilla ice cream, topped with chocolate syrup, and called it a "Brownie Sundae". It was a huge hit!

Bake brownies according to the package directions. Cool. Slice brownies to desired size and place each on separate dessert plates.
