Whirl the first three ingredients in a a processor or whip it up with a hand held blender till smooth and creamy. Make any adjustments you'd like, such as, more banana, more honey. What you want is a dip consistency. Maybe you don't have any honey? Try maple syrup! Dip your apples and snack away. Great for school lunches, after school snack, or even for dessert. Liven it up with sprinkles or raisins.

When I offer fruit to guests or go to a "tail-gate", I use tooth-picked fruit and a healthy, easy dip to go along. Looks and tastes great. This is NOT sweet and sugary!
My Aunt gave me this recipe. She caters weddings and this is one of her staple recipes. It is the best fruit dip I have ever eaten. Enjoy!
This is a great way to use your leftover cranberry sauce and whipped topping. This recipe said it could be saved for Christmas or New Year's and served with fruit like red and green grapes, apples, kiwi, strawberries, etc., but I plan to serve this anytime of year, especially for summertime.

I don't know if anyone can help or not. Years ago, when fresh fruit and dip first became popular, I had a recipe for a dip that was made with, I think, vanilla pudding mix and Tang drink mix, but I'm not sure what else. Does anyone else remember this or have this recipe? At the time, it was like the only one out there, but of course, now there are so many, and I haven't been able to find this on any recipe website. Thanks!

I don't have a recipe for that one, but I'm looking for one myself----just any fruit dip. I went to Allrecipes.com----one of my favorite sites for all types of recipes!!
I found a great recipe, though no Tang is involved. Using an electric hand mixer, combine equal parts softened cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff, and a teasoon or so of either freshly grated orange zest or sweetened orange peel from a jar. It's really yummy!
Hi Lisa...not sure if this is the one you want but it can't hurt to look. www.backofthebox.com/
I am looking for a honey lime fruit dip recipe. With fresh fruit on the way, it would be a welcome addition to a summertime meal. I tried to make one with low-fat yogurt, honey and fresh lime juice/zest. Although it tasted great, it came out way too runny, almost like a sauce. Hope you can help!
