This is a great recipe for the busy person, as it can be made in the slow cooker. If you use all pre-made frozen items, there is virtually no prep time. I prepared my own meatballs and used fresh onions and peppers, as it was cheaper for me. When frozen meatballs and vegetables go on sale, I will be using that.

I usually don't have much time to make things from scratch, so I usually use frozen meatballs, but any recipe that you like is fine.
Serve over a bed of basmati rice, short grain rice or orzo pasta.
In mixing bowl, combine dry onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water. Beat in eggs with fork. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 40 meatballs.
Combine the beef, ginger, garlic, coriander, spring onion, rice wine, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, chili, and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix well and shape into small meatballs.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, Cheddar cheese, and cottage cheese until well blended...
Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg and garlic; shape into meat balls. Brown meat balls. Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
With first ingredients, make patties and brown. Cook sauce until thickened and pour over patties. Cook for 15 minutes. Green peppers, celery and mushrooms can be added in the last 15 minutes.
Combine beef, sausage, crumbs and eggs. Shape into small balls. Ina large skillet, brown meat. Drain fat.
