I have an Italian recipe from my Grandmother.
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 diced garlic clove(more if you like it)
2 dill pickles diced
1/4-1/2 cup Hellmans mayo
This recipe is pretty much all about how much you like the ingredients. More or less of all of it. When people hear they think yuck, then it quickly becomes a hit. It's best to let it sit and soak up flavors. You can omit the garlic and add onion if you like.

Not one of my favorites, but many people do like this, so I'll offer it. I'm told it's a very good salad, for those who like kidney beans.
Mix all ingredients together. Best made in the morning and refrigerated all day before serving.
