Recipe: Barbecued Meatballs

These are so good!

Ingredients:

1 large can evaporated milk
3 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup onions, chopped

1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
3 cups catchup
4 tsp. liquid smoke
1 lb. brown sugar
1 cup onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine first 9 ingredients, and form into little meatballs. For the sauce, combine catchup, liquid smoke, brown sugar, and onions; bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes.

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. Lay meatballs in 2 quart casserole and pour sauce over and bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.

Mix all together. Roll in balls and place in baking dish. Mix up sauce of your choice. Combine and pour over meatballs.
