Taco Dip on Green Plate

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8oz. size)
  • 1 qt. sour cream (16oz.)
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Soften cream cheese, then add sour cream gradually, mixing with mixer. Add bean dip and taco seasoning and beat on low speed until well mixed. Put in casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Cover casserole and heat in oven at 325 degrees F. for 30-45 minutes until heated through. Serve with Doritos or Fritos.

A quick taco dip and making good use of leftovers. After we enjoy a meal of tacos, we usually have ingredients left over. Instead of putting all of them away in different containers to re-use for tacos, I got the idea of making a taco dip with them.

Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning. Spread refried beans on top or large plate or platter. Place the seasoned hamburger on top of beans.
